Cascading Support Contracts and Commercial/OEM Licenses
Concurrent, Inc. offers Commercial/OEM Software Licensing, production support and developer support for Cascading. Commercial/OEM Licensing provides a method to satisfy internal policies or achieve alternative licensing to the GPL for redistributed products. Production support provides critical issue response. Developer Support Contracts provide unlimited priority support requests.
Commercial/OEM Licenses Include:
- Removal of the GPL restrictions that accompany the freely available Cascading releases
- Allowance for embedding and/or distributing Cascading in a proprietary application (OEM)
- Intellectual Property Indemnification of the Cascading source code
Production Support Contracts Include:
- 5 Critical Issue requests a Year, sent from a Named User
- Response within 4 business hours
- Private and direct correspondence with the core Cascading developers
- An optional web-based interface to submit and track issues and requests
Developer Support Contracts Include:
- Unlimited Priority Support requests sent from Named Users
- Response within 1 business day, via email
- Private and direct correspondence with the core Cascading developers
- An optional web-based interface to submit and track issues and requests
- 10% off all Scale Unlimited, Inc. courses.
For support contracts, mix and match packs to obtain the appropriate number of licenses. For example, if you have 6 staff members who need to submit priority support requests you would purchase one “5 Named Users” and one “1 Named Users” contracts.
