SAN FRANCISCO – September 19, 2012 – Concurrent, Inc., the enterprise Big Data application platform company behind the open source project Cascading, has been recognized as a winner of InfoWorld’s Best of Open Source Software Awards in the “Best Open Source Databases” category. Known as the “Bossies,” the annual awards recognize the best free and open source software the world has to offer to businesses, IT professionals and productive individuals who rely on computers to get work done.
